Welcome to Pocket Pony Sanctuary
PLEASE NOTE: This site is a fictional site about model horses and ponies. If you came here expecting a site about a real sanctuary with real animals I'm sorry to disappoint you.
Welcome to Pocket Pony Sanctuary, a refuge centre for abused, neglected or just unwanted horses and ponies.
Established in 1996 in loving memory of Mr Lee Pocket, the late husband of owner Jane Pocket, the Sanctuary has been taking in animals for over 20 years, and offers a safe, loving home where they can live out their days in peace and comfort. Set in the peaceful Hertfordshire countryside, the Sanctuary has modern stabling, a veterinary building for mild to moderate medical care, training facilities and 12 large fields with secure fencing. Some horses and ponies that arrive at the Sanctuary are suitable to be rehomed to loving new owners, but most of the animals that come through our gates become permanent residents here. Our dedicated team of highly trained vets and carers work hard to ensure that every animal gets the care and attention they so desperately need, and we work closely with local and national animal rescue organisations to provide care and homes to horse and ponies that need our help.

Work In Progress: Work on this site is currently ongoing, so not all of the horses and ponies have their stories written up yet. We hope to complete it in due time, but in the meantime we appreciate your patience.
